Owen and the Maintenance Desk

Already signed in? The DESK tab in your dashboard is still there, next to Owen:

• Ask the Desk — Ava, the building super, answers from the building's knowledge base and your own building's status.
• Tell a person — file a ticket. A person reads every ticket, and you get an email when it opens and when it is resolved.

Call Owen for how-to guidance and walk-throughs. When something in your building is broken, or you need a setting changed, file a ticket at the Desk so a person can act on it.

Where people usually get stuck

• Signing in — open the dashboard. Forgot your password, or the link expired? Request a fresh link.
• The 6-digit two-step code — it comes from your authenticator app (Google or Microsoft Authenticator), and changes every 30 seconds.
• Leasing a floor or your billing — the leasing office.
• Is something down? — building status.

Never share your password or your 6-digit code on a call or in a chat — not even with support.
