READ BEFORE PAYING · EACH LINE IS PART OF THE AGREEMENT

• I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum. Key terms: flat monthly rent, cancel anytime, AI Lead Strategies LLC processes call and message data on my business's behalf.
• Rent: my business is the data controller and AI Lead Strategies LLC is the processor. Owner Edition: my business hosts the building and AI Lead Strategies has no access.
• This lease renews automatically every month at the price shown until cancelled. Cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@aiofficesos.com; no contract, no cancellation fee.
• Refund policy: cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund of the first month. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal; the current month is not prorated.
• I am responsible for the consents my business needs to receive and place calls, send texts and emails, and record calls, and for telling my callers that the line may be recorded where the law requires it.

What we store and for how long: call recordings 90 days, transcripts 1 year, audit trail 7 years. Export or delete your building's data any time from Account. Subprocessors: Railway, Twilio, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Resend.
