AI Lead Strategies LLC ("we," "us"), operator of AI Offices OS (aiofficesos.com), 600 Eagleview Blvd, Exton, PA 19341, provides AI-powered phone answering, appointment scheduling, and customer communication services for businesses.
When you call a business served by our platform or book an appointment, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and the details of your request or appointment. This information is collected during your phone call or booking and is used to schedule and confirm your appointments.
We send text messages only to individuals who have consented to receive them. Consent is collected verbally during a phone call: when you book an appointment, our AI receptionist asks: “Would you like a text message confirming your appointment at this number?” You are asked whether you would like a text message confirming your appointment at your number. Only callers who agree receive messages. Consent may also be given on our booking form by checking the consent box (unchecked by default). Your consent (phone number, date, and time of consent) is recorded in our booking system before any message is sent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Contact details and appointment records are kept for as long as you have an active appointment or account relationship with the business you contacted, and for up to 24 months after your last appointment so that we can honor rescheduling, follow-up, and support requests. SMS consent and opt-out records (your phone number, the date and time, and the source of consent) are retained for at least four years after your last message, as required to prove compliance. You may request deletion of your contact details at any time using the contact information below; consent and opt-out records are retained as described.
Information is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to providing the services described above.
